Where to go

Have you ever been in the mood for a good movie but were never able to find one that looked like it was worth watching? Even films that have looked good to you in the past just don’t seem to do the trick? If your on line you can look up the film and find out what Hollywood thinks of it but is that any reflection on the quality of the film or is it a way to get you to help them justify the $25,000,000 budget. If you don’t want to go any farther than your mail box and you are good at planning in advance then maybe it’s worth taking a chance but what if it’s a spur of the moment thing? Maybe the ball game got rained out, the president is giving a surprise speech, your neighbor ran over your mailbox, your significant other had to “work late”, or you just feel like lounging around in your sweats eating ice cream. You could jump in your car and go to your local HollyBuster video store where you are sure to find 100 copies of the latest high budget, week story, plot lacking video starring that girl who showed her boobs in last years Play Boy but is still a virgin (you know the one I’m talking about) and no matter where you are, from Tehachapi to Tonopah, they will all have the same look, feel, smell and the same friendly service. You could even ask the clerk there for a recommendation, the most likely response might be something like “recommen……Huh? Dude Rebecca isn’t here!“

At Crystal Video we may not have an endless supply of the latest titles, uniforms or even the same things hanging on the walls but we do have a few of the really good ones (and some of the cheese too), and if asked will do your best to help you find a film to fit your mood what ever it is for what we lack in having multiple copies we make up for in selection, diversity and entertainment value.
